Jo

Jo is passionate about helping people find space for their mental and physical well-being. She believes that yoga has something to offer to everyone, no matter their age or stage in life. Her approach, which incorporates gentle breath work and mindfulness, is based on Vinyasa flows and restorative yoga. After leaving a career in medicine and academics, Jo understands the importance of self-discovery and is looking forward to helping you on your own journey.
